Day 0 – Arrival in Tanzania
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to Moshi. Detailed expedition briefing and gear check.
Day 1 – Lemosho Gate → Mti Mkubwa Camp
- Elevation: 2,100 m -> 2,790 m (6,890 ft -> 9,150 ft)
- Stats: 6 km | 3–4 hours | Rainforest
- Highlights: Trek through lush jungle canopy with opportunities to spot black-and-white colobus monkeys.
Day 2 – Mti Mkubwa → Shira 1 Camp
- Elevation: 2,750 m -> 3,500 m (9,020 ft -> 11,480 ft)
- Stats: 8 km | 5–6 hours | Moorland
- Highlights: Transition from forest into open moorland, opening up wide vistas of the high glaciers.
Day 3 – Shira 1 → Shira 2 Camp

Day 4 – Shira 2 → Lava Tower → Barranco Camp

Day 5 – Barranco → Karanga Camp

Day 6 – Karanga → Barafu Camp

Day 7 – Summit Day: Uhuru Peak → Mweka Camp
- Elevation: 5,895 m (19,341 ft) summit

Day 8 – Mweka Gate Descent
- Elevation: 3,100 m ->1,680 m (10,170 ft ->5,510 ft)

Day 9 – Tarangire National Park
Explore Tarangire’s famous landscapes filled with ancient baobab trees, massive elephant herds, lions, and other apex predators.
Day 10 – Serengeti National Park
Journey into the endless plains of the Serengeti and begin game viewing across the southern wilderness.
Day 11 – Serengeti National Park
Full-day game drive tracking the Big Five and (seasonally) the Great Wildebeest Migration herds.
Day 12 – Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater caldera, home to over 25,000 animals. Enjoy lunch near the hippo pool before transferring to the airport for departure.
